Once the proposal is approved, we’ll move into a series of in-person design meetings as part of our unique design-build approach. Together, we’ll refine the details, review inspiration, and develop mood boards with curated material options for your approval to ensure every element aligns with your vision.

Layout Planning & Final Details
Before construction begins, we’ll hold a “cabinet meeting” at your home focused on sizing, spacing, and functionality. The goal is to refine the layout for seamless daily life, from appliances to functional storage and flow.Step 6:
Construction Begins
With planning and selections complete, we’ll move into the build phase. This is where your vision comes to life. Our team handles your renovation with care and clear communication, following the agreed-upon direction established in the pre-construction process.

Enjoy Your Finished Space
Once the renovation is done, we complete a detailed cleaning and walkthrough to confirm the space is finished and fully functional. Then, we celebrate this exciting new chapter for your home and family together.
